Before I arrived at Eternal Awakenings my life had spun out of control. Realizing that I was incapable of conquering this disease on my own, I sought help in the Lord.

While I was in treatment I realized many things about the Lord. He is a God of second chances. His love for us is unconditional. While I was in my sin I was hiding from God.

Being around people who have suffered in addiction and emerged victorious in Jesus was inspiring. I found Jesus and lost my shame and guilt. Now my life is full of serenity and I have relief from alcoholism.
